Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Outdoor Nook offers FREE delivery by FedEx on all orders. Currently, we ship to all 48 contiguous United States.
An additional fee for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other US Territories will be added. Please contact us for a quote.

How long will it take to receive my items?
When will my order be shipped? New orders are processed and handed to our fulfillment team within 2–3 business days of confirmed payment.
Credit card payments are typically confirmed within 1–2 business days.
ACH and debit card payments may take 3–5 business days to clear. Orders paid by ACH or debit will be held for shipment until payment status is confirmed as PAID.
Please note: Pre-orders, back-ordered items, and custom fabric orders (Sunbrella upgrade) are subject to separate lead times as communicated at checkout.

Do I need to be home when my items are delivered?
For FedEx shipping, your presence is not necessary. However, for truck deliveries, an adult must be present to sign for and accept the shipment. The delivery will be made either to your doorstep or curbside. Prior to delivery, you will be contacted to confirm your availability.
Is there assembly required?
Most Outdoor Nook items require minimal assembly. No tools are required. Once unboxed, you should be sitting on your new recliner or sofa in minutes.
How many boxes are delivered?
Each recliner is shipped in its own box. For Recliner Sofas, this may vary depending on the size, but in general, it is one box per seat.
